However, women still face tremendous difficulties in the workplace, especially in entrepreneurship. For example, female entrepreneurs often face financial and resource constraints, limited opportunities for education and training, as well as gender bias and discrimination. Gender inequality in the workplace still exists.
根据《2023中国女性职场现状调查报告》显示：51.9%的女性认为，性别平等是“两性在政治、经济、文化、社会各个层面上拥有同等话语权”，高于“不管男女都应该拥有独立人格”(42.9%)，“女性应该受到更多的社会保护”(38.8%)。这表明，女性更追求各个层面上的平等话语权，希望在更广泛的范围内实现公平。
